Use License & User Conduct

Permission is granted to use KontentGro for generating AI-powered content and publishing it across connected networks (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram). You are responsible for the content you create and must ensure it complies with the automation rules and community guidelines of each respective platform.

Third-Party API Platforms

Our Service integrates with independent APIs (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram). We are not responsible for the stability, content policies, or account actions of these third-party platforms. Users are expected to abide by the Developer Agreements of any platform they connect to our service. Any revocation of access by a third-party API may impact your ability to use certain features.

Limitation of Liability

KontentGro shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its service or the content published via its platform. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for third-party API connections or the performance of AI-generated content on social media networks.

Termination & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our Service at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
